Engraved Heritage   -  By: Babak A. Tafreshi

A prehistoric rock art in the remote valley of Teimareh in central Iran. The valley is home to thousands of ancient petroglyphs, dating back to 4500 to 17000 years ago, one of the world's most diverse petroglyph sites, still largely undiscovered. This almost a meter long picture of a goat is one of the largest single petroglyph in the valley.
