Sleeping Beauty   -  By: Babak A. Tafreshi

The evening twilight fades in to darkness by the arrival of night above the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle in southern Germany (the name means New Swan Stone Castle). The palace was built in the 19th-century, commissioned by king Ludwig II, on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria. It is located against a stunning panorama of Alps. The iconic palace was an inspiration for Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle and later similar structures in the world.
