Immensely bright fireball streaks above a road in the Yosemite National Park in California, during moonset. Iconic Half Dome and El Capitan are visible on the right and the North Star (Polaris) is in the center. The long trace of meteor connects it to earthgrazer fireballs which pass through a long section of the atmosphere. Aug 2016
